Naomi Lumban-Gaol

 

Hello! My name is Naomi Lumban-Gaol and I am a first-year student currently on the pre-nursing track. With my degree, I hope to become a pediatric nurse! I was born and raised in Englewood, CO, where I also graduated from Englewood High School. I’ve got a younger brother, two loving parents, and two adorable dogs. In my free time, I love to go swimming and I love hanging out with my friends and family, especially outdoors!

I have always had a passion for serving others, and my family stressed the ideas of generosity and unconditional kindness. I hope to utilize this trip as a practical learning opportunity in the medical field, but also to better educate myself on the variety of cultures and traditions that characterize this beautiful planet. I am so honored to have been chosen for such an amazing trip, and I hope to give my all to Guatemala!
