Bella De Leon

 

Hey everyone, 

My name is Bella De Leon and I am currently a junior at Regis University.

I am majoring in biology and plan on attending medical school after graduation. I was born in
California, but have spent essentially my entire life in Colorado. I am very excited for this service trip as I’ve really only explored outside the United States with my family. It’s a great opportunity to not only learn more about myself, but also my future career path. I hope to become either an Emergency Medicine Physician or Infectious Disease Specialist as they both seem super exciting and combine my interests. I eventually want to join Doctors Without Borders, a group that has a similar mission as the Guatemala service trip. I can’t wait to learn more about Guatemala and receive immersive medical training in the process.
